Deschutes Brewery, a craft beer brewery headquartered in Bend, Oregon, improved identification, evaluation, and selection of a new ERP system.
At the time of their ERP project planning, Deschutes had seen tremendous growth both in the craft beer industry and in their organization: Shipping approximately 350,000 barrels a year, running two fully functioning pubs/restaurants that are small brewhouses as well, and a customer base consisting of distributors across the US and international markets. Deschutes was also in the process of expanding their warehouse in Bend, with plans to build a new brewhouse/warehouse on the East Coast.
View the archived webinar to see how through focused business process improvement and ERP selection methodology, Deschutes selected a system to consolidate multiple tools into a core ERP platform, support their ability to scale as their growth continued, and provide them with functionality for multi-location, multi-currency, recipe management, lot traceability, and inventory control.
