Lad Dilgard is an experienced Project Manager and management consultant who’s improved processes and driven change across many companies and industries. He helped manage the re-organization of the SalesForce Admin/Dev team at Cross Country Mortgage by diving into the work of 14 professionals, assessing, and providing feedback and creating workstreams to drive the team to improved efficiency. He also led the OCM, Org Design and business case in the Shared Services (Real Estate, Facilities) and Accounting departments at NiSource, Inc. Lad is an organized, data-driven, collaborative professional, who fully understands both operations and information technology. Having driven many large business cases through steering committees and executives, he understands budgets and the financial impacts of organizational restructuring decisions. Lad is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training, and has an MBA in Finance & Operations Management from Ohio State University.
