Mark Jensen is a Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Epicor Distribution. He has 20+ years of software product management and marketing experience primarily with Great Plains Software and Microsoft. Mark started in the industry as technical support with Great Plains Software in Fargo, ND. He eventually worked in Training and then Product Management and Marketing. He has experience with global product management and marketing having traveled around the world to learn customer needs, work with Channel and ISV partners, and launch products. Mark also has five years of experience working in IT at Microsoft and Gibson Guitar, which has helped him understand the challenges of implementing technology to meet business needs. Mark is lives in the Minneapolis, MN-area with his wife and family.
