Ultra Consultants and NETSTOCK invite you to a Lunch & Learn Webinar all about inventory management. Gaining operational efficiency and driving costs out of the organization is a consistent goal for most manufacturing companies, but it is not always easy to achieve.
Many inventory-based businesses plan their replenishment using spreadsheets, largely because it’s a solution that’s cheap, easy, and readily available. Despite its popularity, using a spreadsheet as an inventory replenishment planning tool comes with hidden costs.
There are limits when working with standalone spreadsheets. A spreadsheet cannot maintain the complexities and best practices necessary in supply chain management.
Join Ultra Consultants and Russ Graf, one of the inventory experts at NETSTOCK, for an in-depth look at the problems you’re running into with your inventory spreadsheet, whether you’ve recognized them or not. Learn more about key inventory replenishment best practices that create an optimized inventory, which improves profitability and productivity.
