Customers often leverage the software’s renowned MES and leading batchoriented manufacturing functionality that offers finite scheduling and real-time data monitoring.
DELMIAworks supports highly repeatable manufacturing processes by providing excellent workflow and quality assurance features, along with an effective rules-based configurator to support CTO production requirements. For lower-volume manufacturing, DELMIAworks offers basic project accounting functionality that provides effective management of reproducible projects and allows for analysis of standard costs.
Since IQMS’ 2018 acquisition by Dassault Systèmes, DELMIAworks is a vendor to watch for companies making low-volume, highly engineered products. DELMIAworks has existing localization in North America, China, U.K. and India, and is working to build more of a presence in Europe.
Most DELMIAworks customers manage their system on-premises. But about a third of new customers, especially smaller organizations, are deploying its single-tenant hosted managed service, which allows system upgrades at the customer’s discretion.
