Mark Strug is a performance driven supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the food and beverage industry. Mark has used his strong quantitative and analytical skills to lead projects in S&OP, demand management and planning, capacity planning, inventory management and logistics with outstanding results. Mark’s forecasting modeling in Oracle Demantra, Infor Demand+ and similar tools have led companies to exceed their forecast accuracy targets. Mark has hands-on experience in all phases of projects, including data modeling and interpretation, forecasting, testing, and implementation, leveraging sales strategies and market intelligence to build revenue and to penetrate target markets.
Mark earned his B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University and his M.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an avid marathon runner, sports enthusiast, a running guide for visually impaired athletes through EyeCan Alliance and is an identical twin!
