Through his leadership positions at American Greetings, Telsource Corporation, Invacare and NeuroControl, Neil has successfully guided organizations through business process transformations. In many projects, Neil leveraged process improvement and change management methodology and applied to the business environment, positively impacting operational excellence, cost containment, continuous improvement and cultural growth.
