Tim has over 25 years of experience in implementing complex supply chain management processes for hi-tech companies like Hewlett Packard and Seagate. Tim is an expert in Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, business process design and supply chain network design. Having led multiple ERP selection and implementation projects, Tim understands the complexities of process development for manufacturing and distribution companies. With a strong background in finance, Tim can work seamlessly across functions and processes to effectively improve any operation. Before Ultra, he led an initiative at a high technology company to reduce inventory by over $100M in less than 12 months. Tim graduated from East Central Oklahoma University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and holds an MBA from the University of Arizona.
